Marcus R. Brown grew up in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He graduated of the University of Maryland at College Park with a B.A. in Family studies. His career highlights include serving persons with mental illness, persons with intellectual disabilities, youth and homeless families.  Marcus is now a part of the Neighbors First team at Friendship Place.

During free time, he enjoys reading, movies, and travel.
