Mission: To enable homeless and formerly homeless adults in the upper Northwest area of the District of Columbia to rebuild their lives with the involvement of the community.
CCHFP walk-in service hours:
Monday: afternoon only,
12:30-4:00
Tuesday-Friday: mornings, 8:30-11:30 • afternoons, 1:00-3:00
Weekends and Federal government holidays: CCHFP is closed

Thursday: 1:00 - 4:00

Wednesday mornings, 9:00-11:30
