Residential Services Manager (RS-RSM) Available Immediately The individual is responsible for the overall operation of two group home residences (Zeke’s and Veronica House - 5 people each) and the scattered site units (28 apartments). He or she must have the ability to work as a team player in a small nonprofit setting. Must have the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people and a commitment to serve homeless and formerly homeless adults. The individual must demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions in keeping with the mission of the organization and must be willing to complete a variety of tasks related to consumer services to ensure smooth operations in the Residential Programs. |
